Motivation Time

The first step is the most difficult step to take sometimes. To start over, to begin again. I took some time off working out because life took over as it does from time to time. My body took a step back. I stayed active but I did the bare minimum. I wasn’t able to do the things I know I can do. This gives me more reason to get back on that horse. If you are in a similar position. Give yourself some grace and allow yourself some patience when it comes to your healing journey. This week’s quote is by Beverly Sills. “There are no shortcuts to any place that’s worth going” As always if no one has told you that you are loved, I’m saying that I LOVE YOU!
